Financial Services Unit (FSU) is the meeting point on introduction & enhancement of all Treasury & Investment products and services to the Bank customers. The unit undertakes close coordination and interaction with our business partners in order to ensure all UNB customers are fully served and have access to the full range of products & services offered by the Division.
Marketing activities undertaken by the FSU cover a wide range of products & services including foreign exchange, derivatives and structured investment products. Activities include regular customer visits, publication of informative newsletters and conduct of periodic conferences and seminars with one principal focus-Maximization of Customer Satisfaction.
Foreign Exchange products & services are marketed primarily to our corporate clients, through regular visits and follow ups, in coordination with UNB corporate relationship teams. Derivatives & structured investment products are marketed by FSU through interaction with our business partners such as Corporate Banking Group, Wealth Management & Private Banking Group and RBG.
